Blood Ties

Blood Ties   by Nigel Hinton      I read Blood Ties this week. It was easy for me to read because it's short.      It's about some families went to an island on their holidays. The island was Kirren Island, had been conducted the experiment of bomb for wars. Tom, his family and Vicky Rochester's family lost their boats for coming home. Someone set fire it. Parents came to doubt Vickey the criminal, and they tried to kill their children.      I felt nervous while reading it because the parents started to be strange more and more. I read it setting me on the chldren's position. In this story, some children was killed by their parents. I felt painful in this scene. The parents in it were probably poisonous parents. They believed they were completely true and tried to let their children to obey.

Sherlock Holmes and the Mystery of Boscombe Pool

Sherlock Holmes and theMystery of Boscombe Pool    by Andy Hopkins and Jocelyn Potter      I read Sherlock Holmes this week. It's about a detective Sherlock Holmes and muderer mistery. I had a long time to understand this story because there were many characters  in it.      One day, Charles McCarthy had been killed. The policemen believed the muderer was his son. But McCarthy's daughter thought it was wrong, so she asked Holmes to solve this accident. Holmes and his friend Dr Watson came to find new information and knew the true muderer.      After reading it, I felt gloomy the end because Holmes didn't reveal the murder. I understood his circumstance, but I thought it didn't become the reason why he let the muderer slide. For whatever reason, they shouldn't miss criminals.

STRONG MEDICINE

STRONG MEDICINE     by Richard Macandrew      I read STRONG MEDICINE this week. It's muder mistery. Dr Mark traveled  to California to learn about a new medicine. His friend Deborah Spencer developed it. When he arrived, he found that Deborah was dead and the book she had been writing has disappeared.  The police didn't think it was muder, but Mark had a doubt it.       It was difficult for me to read because I had to solve some problems with this story. But I want you to read it. You will be surprised at the end!

Just Good Friends

Just Good Friends    by Penny Hancock      I read Just Good Friends this week. It's a love story, appearing four characters, Stephany, Max, Carlo and Ruth. Stephany and Max were lovers. Carlo and Ruth were married.      Stephany and Max lived in London, and they decided to spend their holidays in Italy. Because Stepny and Carlo had been good friends, she asked him to lend his flat in Italy. Max had a doubt about their relationship. Also Ruth had a bad feeling to Stephany because Stephany was  more beautiful than her. Moreover, Ruth knew Carlo's mother liked Stephany, so she was afraid of his cheating. One day, they promised having dinner  together, but Max became ill and Ruth couldn't go to look after her children. Therefore there were just only Stephany and Carlo. They drove to beach and talked, and kissed. They decided to tell what happened. But Luigi, a waiter in a bar, knew what Stephany did.      After I finished reading it, I was nervous because this story was

The Fruitcake Spacial

The Fruitcake Spacial    by Frank Brennan      I read The Fruitcake Spacial this week. It's about a strange perfume. This main character, Anna, works as a chemist. One day, she got a perfume named "the fruitcake". When she sprinkled it herself, she was proposed to by many men. She tried to ask who made to her aunt gave it to her. But the person made the perfume died ...      My favorite scene in this book is, Anna's boss proposed her. He was hit by his girlfriend. I was harassed, but laughed at it because he didn't listen his around voices.      It's interesting for me. This is a short story, so it was easy to read. I want to use "the fruitcake" once. Please read it!
